Who knew.. workin as anyone to pay the bills started as prep-person in this fancy Hotel making all kinds of beautiful food. suddendly I saw myself creating things I never thought I could.. always learning and creating became a passion for cooking. "Anyone can cook" someone said once, but the true vocation borns when you do it for fun and excites you the idea of make something new all the time..

How Chinelos Catering developed?

Chatting one day, a friend wanted to surpice his wife for their anniversary/birthday; we said to him, we could help you out. Everything came out as we planned. Everyone were very satisfied with the food. Soon after we start receiving phone calls from other friends. In no time we had a business running.

What we offer

Now we have 8 years as an established company with more than 20 years of experience in the food and service industry and can cover an events of more than 17,00 people at one time. The services we offer vary from casual to fancy and Buffet style or courses. Our Menus are 100% customized to the taste of our clients and their guests. Professional wait staff and certified Bartenders as well upon request. We specialized for wedding receptions, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16, corporate events, reunions, Baptisms, or any occasion.  Drop off, pick up or full service catering.
